Hi, I’m Christine Keriacous, the owner and CEO of JCMobTech LLC, and the creator of the workout apps 1MinuteWorkout: No Equipments and Mini Workouts: No Equipments, both featured on the Beat & Repeat website.

As a software engineer and a busy mom, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to maintain healthy habits amidst a hectic schedule.

That’s why I’m passionate about helping people like me—busy parents, professionals, and anyone short on time—build healthier habits through simple, accessible, and effective workouts.
